Southern Water is collecting your personal data to help shape and inform the direction of the project and gain understanding and views on aspects of the proposals and to contact you in the future in relation to developments about this project including land, survey and consultations of this or a similar nature. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose, other than for the consenting and regulatory processes and statistical and analytical purposes on an aggregated and depersonalised basis. However, you may be contacted by Southern Water as an existing customer where you have already given Southern Water permission to do so.
The answers to the questions on this feedback form are voluntary, as is any information you provide about yourself. Southern Water’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for the purposes set out above is consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your comments will be analysed by Southern Water Services Limited and any of its appointed agents. Copies may be made available in due course to the Secretary of State, the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) and other relevant statutory authorities so that your responses can be considered as part of the development of the Hampshire Water Transfer and Water Recycling Project. We will request that your personal details are not placed on public record and will be held securely by Southern Water Services Limited and its appointed agents in accordance with the data protection law and will be used solely in connection with the consenting and regulator processes, except as noted above, or in accordance with any legal requirements or process, will not be passed to third parties. Stantec UK Limited
Stantec will be delivering the consultation events including digital and face-to-face events, and capturing responses to consultation questionnaires, including maintaining and storing consultee's personal information pursuant to Southern Water’s instructions.
